We do not accept returns because all products are sourced from abroad on a pre-order basis.
Please choose your products carefully before placing your order, as returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Exchanges are only possible for items that we have in stock at the time of your request.
Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery, and will only be accepted if the item is in brand new, unused condition with its original packaging intact.
In case of an exchange, the logistics (shipping) cost will be borne by the customer.
Every product is thoroughly checked before dispatch.
