At Mummy and Mee, your satisfaction is our top priority. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below:

Returns

  • We do not accept returns because all products are sourced from abroad on a pre-order basis.

  • Please choose your products carefully before placing your order, as returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only possible for items that we have in stock at the time of your request.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery, and will only be accepted if the item is in brand new, unused condition with its original packaging intact.

  • In case of an exchange, the logistics (shipping) cost will be borne by the customer.

Damages

  • Every product is thoroughly checked before dispatch.

  • In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, we will gladly arrange a replacement

  • Logistics (shipping) cost for returning the damaged product will also be borne by the customer.
